Flowers on bare branches from late winter. Responds well to pruning.

Dark Green lobed hairy leaves to 20 cm long Red or Pink trumpet flowers to 4 cm after leaves fall in Late Spring to Summer
Brown hairy boat-shaped 12 cm seed pods

Spent a few years unhappy in a pot. Planted in ground in central native bed 2024
