The expo aims to provide Indigenous job seekers looking to secure employment and long-term career opportunities with the chance to connect with Queensland employers and career providers across a broad range of industries.   • 8 October (Thursday) 2009 - Light the Night - At twilight, friends, families and co-workers will take part in a walk to raise funds for patients and families living with leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma and related blood disorders. The event aims to remember, celebrate and bring hope to support Australians with blood cancers. Participants of Light the Night carry illuminated balloons to represent their journey. 5.00pm to 8.00pm at South Bank, Cultural Forecourt, Brisbane.
