Brisbane Women's Groups 

• Children by Choice - provide information on all unplanned pregnancy options available to Queensland women including referrals for abortion, adoption and parenting.
• Kenmore Evening VIEW (Voice Interests & Education for Women) Club
• National Council of Jewish Women of Australia  
• Qld Working Women's Service information and referral service for women in or seeking work.
• Queensland Women in Public Service is the network for Queensland women working in the public sector. It was formed in 1982 to promote the status of women employed in government.
• The Sex and Gender Resource - the guide to online and offline information about sexuality and gender issues: health, relationships, politics, meeting people.
• Shematrix Monthly Circles are held for women to come together and share in a safe and sacred space.  All women are welcome.
• University of Queensland Women's Studies Resources includes Hecate: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Women's Liberation
• University of the Third Age Brisbane U3A is one of many in Australia. Formed in 1986 we aim to provide leisure and educational courses to local Seniors. We have a membership of around 2100 and offer on average 30 courses per year, most of which are at a minimum cost to members. All staff and tutors are volunteers. Classes are mainly held at 150 Edward Street, being friendly and informal. Our theme is "by the members, for the members" and our motto is 'learning for pleasure'.

• UNIFEM (United Nations Development Fund for Women)
• WIMA (Women's International Motorcycle Assoc) has branches in every state in Australia
• Women in Finance - organisation for women working in the financial sector
• Women Into Politics - works to increase the number of women in politics and public life
• Women's Electoral Lobby Australia - seeks to change social attitudes and practices which discriminate against women and to protect the rights of Australian women.
• Women's International League For Peace And Freedom (WILPF) - lobbies for women's issues and the pursuit of peace, justice and human rights
• Women's Mentoring Network - find or become a mentor
• Women With Disabilities Australia - advocacy group for Australian Women with Disabilities
• YWCA Australia - network of women advancing social justice and creating opportunities and services for the development of women and their families. YWCA also has State Branches.
• Zonta Club International - is a club for Executive and Professional women which aims to advance the status of women.
